The inner lining is completely discolored, but the outside doesn't have any visible stains. The Hakkake (lining at sleeve openings and hem) is also in beautiful condition. The material is pongee silk (Tsumugi) and feels cool against the skin. It has an gradated design not often seen in pongee Kimonos, and the all over cloud-like design, suggesting a sky at dusk, evokes an air of calm elegance.

裏地は完全に変色していますが、表地に目立つ汚れやシミはありません。裏地の八掛部分も美しい状態です。繊維は紬で、清々しい肌ざわりです。紬の着物には珍しいグラデーションのデザインで、夕暮れをイメージさせるような総柄の雲のようなデザインが落ち着いた上品さを醸し出しています。
