Long and made of water-repellent material, on rainy days it will protect the Kimono you wear underneath it from soiling. It makes a quiet statement with its combination of red, tea-brown and orange interwoven in a classic pattern and will easily go with any Kimono. In an example of the aesthetic concept "Iki" so characteristic of Japanese culture, the design extends to places not normally seen, in this case with the depiction of an adorable young boy on the lining.
